Shipping Destinations
SpecialBliss ships from China to the United States and other supported countries/regions worldwide.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.
Some destinations may be unavailable because of carrier limitations, customs restrictions, local import rules, or payment risk controls. If we are unable to ship to your address after an order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time may be longer during major sales, holiday periods, product restocks, or if an item is temporarily out of stock.
If your order includes a pre-order item or an item with delayed availability, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 10-15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs inspection, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs, import duties, local taxes, or destination-specific import rules. If you have questions about shipping to your country/region before placing an order, please contact us.

- Flat-rate shipping: $22 USD
- Free shipping: Orders over $99 USD
Shipping promotions, discounts, or free shipping thresholds may change from time to time. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided after your order has shipped.
Once your tracking number is issued, it may take some time for the carrier to update the tracking information. If tracking does not update immediately, please check again later.
SpecialBliss currently uses USPS for delivery updates where applicable. Depending on the destination and shipping route, your package may also be handled by partner carriers before final delivery.
Discreet Packaging
We understand that privacy matters.
Orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging with no adult words or explicit product descriptions on the outside of the package. The sender name may appear as Special Bliss.
An invoice or packing list may be included inside the package, but it will not display explicit adult product names.

Billing Privacy
Payments are currently processed through PayPal.
The billing name or descriptor may appear as [email protected] on PayPal, bank, or card records, depending on the payment method and PayPal display settings.
If you need to confirm the billing name before placing an order, please contact us.
Address Changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 1 business day after placing your order. We will do our best to update the shipping address before the order is processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Special Bliss is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Split Shipments
SpecialBliss does not usually split orders into multiple shipments.
