We want every SpecialBliss order to arrive safely, correctly, and discreetly. Because many of our products are intimate items, returns and exchanges must follow strict hygiene, safety, and product integrity rules.

1. General Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, unopened where applicable, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original sealed packaging, and approved by our customer support team before being sent back.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate products that have been opened, used, worn, washed, tested, damaged, removed from sealed packaging, or missing hygiene seals, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened adult toys
- Used or tested intimate products
- Gags, nipple items, intimate bondage accessories, or body-contact items that have been opened, worn, or used
- Lingerie, panties, thongs, bodysuits, hosiery, stockings, or similar close-contact apparel that has been worn, washed, tried on in a way that affects hygiene, or removed from hygiene packaging
- Liquids, cleansers, oils, gels, perfumes, or personal care products that have been opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed
- Items with broken hygiene seals
- Items removed from sealed packaging
- Items missing accessories, manuals, tags, seals, or original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, customer handling, or accidental damage after delivery
- Clearance, final sale, promotional, custom, handmade, or special-order products marked as non-returnable

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, leaking, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the item issue
- Photos of the outer package and shipping label, if applicable
- Photos of leaking, damaged, or incorrect items, if applicable
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another resolution.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved only for eligible items that meet this policy. Because many SpecialBliss products are intimate, opened or used items usually cannot be exchanged unless they are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us first. Availability may vary.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method.
Refund timing may vary depending on PayPal, your bank, or your card provider. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, an incorrect item, or a shipping issue approved by our support team.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may depend on the reason for the return.
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us for review before shipping anything back.
- If the return is approved for another reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

10. Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, undeliverable, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping, refund, or replacement options may depend on the carrier result and order details.

We handle return and exchange communication with privacy in mind. However, shipping labels, sender information, carrier records, payment records, or customs information may still appear where required.

12. Sale, Clearance, and Final Sale Items
Sale, clearance, final sale, promotional, custom, handmade, or special-order items are generally not returnable or exchangeable unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or required by applicable law.
13. Hygiene and Safety Notice
SpecialBliss reserves the right to reject returns that appear to be opened, used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, missing packaging, missing hygiene seals, or not in original condition.
Rejected returns may not be refunded and may not be shipped back unless the customer pays return shipping costs where applicable.
