Our Privacy Approach
We aim to make your order as discreet as possible while still meeting carrier, payment, and customs requirements.
Please note that discreet shipping does not mean the package is completely anonymous. Shipping labels, sender information, tracking details, and customs information may still appear where required.
Outer Packaging
Orders are shipped in a standard cardboard box.
The outside of the package is not designed to display your specific adult product names. The outer package may include standard shipping information such as:
- Recipient name and address
- Carrier label and tracking barcode
- Sender name
- Sender address
- Customs or delivery information where required
The outer package does not display SpecialBliss branding as a front-facing design element. The sender name may appear as SpecialBliss.
Sender Name and Address
The sender name may appear as SpecialBliss.
Because orders ship from China, the sender address or origin country may show China on the shipping label, tracking record, or customs-related documents.
Tracking Privacy
Tracking information does not display the specific product name.
Tracking pages usually show carrier events such as shipment received, in transit, customs processing, out for delivery, or delivered. They may also show origin and destination information, depending on the carrier and destination country/region.
Invoice and Packing List
An invoice or packing list may be included inside the package.
The invoice or packing list may show:
- Order number
- SKU
- Price
It will not display explicit adult product names.
Billing Privacy
Payments are currently processed through PayPal.
Your PayPal, bank, or card record may show our PayPal account name or email, depending on how PayPal displays the transaction.
Please note that PayPal receipts, PayPal emails, or order-related payment records may display specific product details generated from the checkout process. If you share your PayPal account, email inbox, or payment records with someone else, those details may be visible to them.
Order and Shipping Emails
SpecialBliss order confirmation and shipping notification email subject lines do not include adult words.
However, the content of order emails may include order details. If privacy is important, we recommend using a private email address that only you can access.
Customs and International Shipping
SpecialBliss ships from China to the United States and other supported countries/regions worldwide.
For cross-border shipments, customs declarations or import documents may be required. The exact wording shown on customs-related information can depend on the carrier, product type, destination country/region, and legal requirements.
We cannot provide false customs declarations or alter required shipping information in a way that violates carrier rules or import laws.
Gift Packaging
SpecialBliss does not currently offer discreet gift packaging.
Orders are shipped using our standard shipping process.
Special Privacy Requests
We are not currently able to support custom privacy requests, custom sender names, custom invoice wording, or special packaging notes for individual orders.
If you have a privacy concern before placing an order, please contact us first so we can explain what information may appear on your shipment or payment records.
Split Shipments
SpecialBliss does not usually split orders into multiple shipments.
If an unusual inventory or shipping issue requires a different arrangement, we will contact you whenever possible.
